My Name is Stephen (Although everyone knows me as Styn), I have been self-employed and run my own business for over 25 years. Once there I strive to complete the work within schedule and leave the customer happy with my work. 
I keep most items in stock so I can complete the majority of the jobs on the first visit. If it is a rare or uncommon part needed I can order it for the next day and do my best to get the job finished within 24 hours.  If you are locked out or it is an emergency I try my best to arrive within 30 minutes.
